Designed for participants who wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper. Non-presenter registration does not include abstract/paper publication or publication-related services.

This discounted registration category is available to participants whose primary status is that of a full-time student and who are not employed in a full-time professional or academic position. Valid proof of current full-time student status may be required.

Applicable to academics, researchers, professionals, practitioners, industry representatives, and other employed participants. Doctoral/PhD candidates who are employed in a full-time academic or professional position should register under the Regular Presenter category.

Registration category is determined by the status of the presenting participant, not by the status of the first, corresponding, or co-authors.

Co-authors, researchers, academics, students, or professionals wishing to attend the academic sessions must register separately under the applicable Presenter or Non-Presenter category

This category is intended for a spouse, partner, family member, or personal companion accompanying a registered conference participant. Registration includes access to networking lunches, coffee/refreshment breaks, the Official Networking Dinner, Post-Conference Tour, and designated social and networking activities, where applicable.

This registration does not include access to academic/technical sessions, presentation opportunities, conference proceedings or abstract book, publication services, conference materials, or a conference participation/presenter certificate.
